Manage timings in cricket.

Batting, bowling or fielding
The common to all is practice. Practice makes you perfect.

Batting in particular.
Improve your technic by practice. Ensure that your bat hits the ball at right time whether defending or attacking. Thats called copy book.

Fielding: Ensure by practice that you leap/jump or dive at right and appropriate time to catch or field the ball.

Bowling:
It could be only which ball to bowl to the batsman. To the tailenders it should be yorkers and at their legs, so that they try to avoid injury to their foot and get bowled.

Timing in batting ( I presume so)
It has to come from your subconscious mind.

More conscious you become of your timing, more worse it gets.

It has to come naturally.

It is the movement of your body parts and balance. Your body's centre of mass needs to be at prefect point. But one cannot derive theories for it. It comes naturally.

practice does help. But not with staying conscious about it.
