Mudslides are good. I always have them in the house around Christmas, but my fave is Whiskey Sours. I love the fruit!

Depends on the time of year: in summer, it's a Madras (vodka with cranberry and orange juices); in winter, a White Russian (vodka with Kahlua and cream). Sometimes I like my Madras with Absolut Mandarin and white cranberry juice. A White Russian is great around Christmas, sitting by the fireplace.
Of course, a good wine is good anytime.
