DO NOT USE THE MICROSOFT WORD TEMPLATE.
The amount of people that use this makes it very boring to the reader, and fails to capture the eye.
There is not really a 'style', it is your CV, so is designed to exentuate you qualities in the best way, but your way might not work for someone elses qualities.
Use my site to give you a basis, and build from that into something you like.

In MS Word 2003
Select "new" from the file menu,
A new document sidebar will open, select "on my computer" from the templates section.
Select "other documents" from the tabs - choose which style you want, these can be modified to suit your personal preferences.

people have so far given some good suggestions, and it is best if you can develop one yourself. however, for those who are perhaps struggling to do so, for what ever reason, i offer a CV writing service though my business. if you really can not do one yourself then feel free to email me directly through here (just click on my name or pic) and i can advise you further.
good luck x

Fill them in - save them to Word , then a folder (? my Documents) and then open your e-mail write it and then attach the two files. If they are very large it is worth copying them - after saving - and the pasting them into Paint and then save to Word. This last will reduce the size somewhat.
