Hm. It's up to the person looking at her. It's really a matter of taste, relationship, beliefs. Somone may hate liiving and being around smoking, but like seeing pretty people doing it. Requardless what many insist, just as anorexia and the thin body is shoved down consumer's throats from the media, they put pressure on smoking being attractive as well. I personally find it unattractive, on guys and girl, teen, adult, or senior. But some people are actually attracted to cigarettes and smoking, it can be aesthetically pleasing to some.
And if someone smokes to be viewed as hot, then their perception is whacked.

I can understand where this question may be coming from, In the 30's up till the 70's smoking was considered a fashion statement, but of course they didnt know then what we know now...
NO smoking does not make one hot...

If the girl is hot without a cigarette, she is hot with one.
But if intellect is a big turn on for you, you would have to deduct a few points for the smoking.

Not hot. She's endangering her life and the lives of those around her.
Besides, smoking is bad for the skin and body, so in a few years she'll look like a hag.

There is no connection. However, I don't like smoking, so no matter how hot she was, I would hesitate contacting her.

That only seems to work in black and white movies. Those women always looked classy smoking a cigarette. However that doesn't work in the real world.

On a case like this, we have different opinions.
for men who smokes, probably yes or a little.
and for others who doesnt like the smell of a cigarette is a big no.
Others may think that holding a cigarette in your fingers and puffing a them makes you cool or "in" , is a complete stupidity.

Actually smoking reduces the striking or receiving capacity in the language of sex. so she can not give you as good satisfaction as a non-smoking girl can give.
