Go and see a doctor and get it checked out. Vitamin b12 helps to avoid bad cramps. Panadol and rest and a nice warm waterbag when you get home from work.

When I miscarried, there were cramps and then the blood came. Try to take it easy, try not to drive long distances, and see if you can get something warm to hold on your belly. I wouldn't take aspirin or other painkillers in case you need a D&C to clear out the uterus.

Hope you feel better soon.

Can you get your hands on some Midol or Pamprin? If you don't have any, ask a female co-worker? Otherwise, maybe they will let you leave for a few minutes so you can buy some. That's all I can think of! You need some painkillers! And do NOT eat chocolate or drink anything with lots of caffeine - that will make it worse!

You could be ovulating.

Are you in the middle of your cycle?

Anywho, I know that when I ovulate it can really hurt like hell, I can barely move, and sometimes you will get lots of clear discharge.

I spoke with my doctor about it, and nothing can really be done. She suggested the pill because of the hormones in it.

Hmm. But I'm definately not sure if it's ovulation that you're feeling or not.

:S

You might want to leave work, go home and take some ibuprofen and place a heating pad on your belly and rest. If it continues go see your obgyn a.s.a.p. or go to the emergency room. Good luck and feel better soon
