wow. I have not noticed foreigners leaving Thailand.

I live as a retired person, but do not know anything about the business side.

I do not see anything to stop you owning condominiums and paying the normal take.

You can search the web and find out how much tax you will pay

as long as you receive the money you're able to do something. that's easy to purchase a residence right here as long because it is not located on the 1st floor and the valuables is very own by 51% Thai proprietors. As for a house it is risky on account which you as a foreigner can no longer very own land and you may count number on a Thai individual or persons. Plus maximum banks right here in Thailand won't provide you a private loan, one or 2 have techniques of doing it concept a distant places branch place of work yet that is so lots greater costly. so which you will could pay money.

Try ask someone living here. You will almost get the same answer. Its very complicated to get resident permit and only getting worse for foreigners living here. So....

DON'T BUY OR MAKE BUSINESS IN THAILAND. Make your travels to here is ok, but forget to try live here. Don't belive if anyone tells you it easy. Why you think many foreigners at the moment is leaving to other nearby countries ?

A many times better solution is to do your business in Vietnam, where their are nearly no restrictions at all. Vietnam is without doubt the best place to make business now.

but try visit this good place : http://www.thaivisa.com/
