not braggingly but I have a nice body, 6 pack, muscular pecks (not too much but a good amount), very fell defined shoulders and upper arms like bicep and triceps. When I have regular clothes on, people couldn’t notice, but if I were to take my shirt off, ladies would be pleased (at least in this culture). This is how I wanted it because I didn't want to look like one of those body builder type. . .. . ... .

Anyways, If I were to get married to a very simple girl from the third world. One who prob doesn't or hasn't ever watched TV, and isn't tied up in American media and culture, Would she be attracted to my body type? or would she overlook it?. .. ..... ... .... ...

What do you ladies think? is the craving for this type of body natural or culture fed? If you were in this girls situation, would you dig it?

I was thinking about it because: yes, It may be natural, but some attractions are culture fed. For example, for guys, the girls as$. naturally, I could care less about what the girls as$ looks like, but in todays culture, thats one of the first things that the guys look at

I think it is both, but more so a culture thing. I bet if pot bellies were the rage in society, we'd be rippin' off fat menz clothing too. As far as the 3rd world thing, i still think they know wat "good looks" are and they'd probably fight harder to get you than the women in our society.

Hm, being that for the most part some sort of physique is a basic sign of good health then it has a good chance of the base interest in it being biological. Now again the importance it is given very possibly changes from culture to culture and definitely from person to person, with comparison to intelligence, wealth, stature, etc.

And there are also varying kinds of healthy body types, so maybe if you end up in an area that has more type of say, the skinny and sleek when healthy, then maybe there's a chance of not gaining as many points with muscles.

Basically, I think a woman's interest in muscular build is biologically motivated but culturally (and personally) directed as needed.

When I was a student in a university in a third world country and people did not work out, the guy I liked had a good physique. When I saw him from near by one day and his one eye was defective and I still liked him, he was still handsome. Since I was taught to use my brain rather than my heart, I did not start a relationship with him since he was from a village and his grades were bad. To marry a girl in our family, a guy had to be more educated. I sometimes think about him rarely though.
I do not think that his looks were the only reason I like him but also the fact that he pursued me was very appealing.

honestly, it'd rather hard to determine. but i think at least part of it is gonna be natural. without going into the whole thing, back in the days humans weren't too much better than other animals. the males basically protected the females, and i think girls are attracted to guys who look strong enough to be able to protect them, and sometimes i think our hormones look for someone strong to protect us cuz of our natural instinct to want to survive. but honeslty, most people don't like to look at lots of flab, but it doesn't always matter. i think that your body type would still get you points, if not, show her some parts of america and she'll definitley treasure you.

a girl form a third world country with little access to american media wouldn't mind a guy with a muscular body, but its less of an issue.
For 21st century Americans, a muscular man is hot, an overweight guy is not.
In ancient times, a guy with extra weight on him was considered attractive -- because this meant he had more access to food, therefore richer.

beyond what some have said here it is known through science that the female of every species has an inborn desire to mate with the strong and goodlooking. it was most important to maintain the species, and since we are still so good at killing each other, perhaps its good that it isn't a lost art. male here
