He flexes his abdominal muscles, which stiffen up. If he is strong enough, then the girls would actually hurt themselves if they dont know what they are doing. The greatest example of such a person who could do a similar feat is Harry Houdini. He was ultimately killed because he didnt get a chance to flex his abs before getting punched in the stomach.

He practises it gradually. at first a small weight and increased a bit by a bit until his muscles become hard enough to stand those girl's weights. don't think as yourself. they are well practised and trained for that. have you never seen a show that a person heck some layers of concrete blocks or bricks with his forehead?

it does hurt as you can tell by his moans and groans. and i really don't think that it was a martial arts expo as much as it was sexual release for him ......they were whooping his butt and seemed to like it.
