Well every time I start up windows my taskbar freezes up for 2 minutes then suddenly comes right. Why is it doing that and what can I personally do to fix that without the option to format. Also i want to know the best graphics card option for Flight Simulater X.

It's your computer has a very slow processor speed, than that could be the problem. However, it is more likely that you have a virus.

Four things can cause your task bar to freeze....
1) Small RAM memory
2) Slow Processor (old one or celeron)
3) Too many start-up applications
4) Virus/Malware

-Low ram
-low cpu speed
-trojan/virus
-to much programs/ maybe startup programs right bottom corner of screen.

I think you need to upgrade your processor. what is your current processor?
