My worst nightmare was when I got shot 3 times in the stomach. Although I never got shot in real life, the pain was so unbearable.
It felt like a twisting feeling in the gut, while my back felt numb, and then I think I died on the floor, in the rain. I woke up around 3-5am with my heart racing, and very sweaty. For those who say that you can't get hurt in your dreams, they were wrong.

my worst waking nightmare would be being alone in the world. no husband anymore no friends nothing to look forward to
my worst actual nightmare is being chased by bad people into a corner where i am attacked by rattle snakes. in the dream i am being bitten over and over again ..i can actually feel it. then i wake as they make their way to my head. it is horrible.

Mine was more of the feeling than the content...u normally cant recall the full details of ur dreamz anyway...so for me it's the feeling that u know subconsciously that it's a dream but u can't seem to wake up no matter how hard u try...===

my worst dream nightmare was when i was like 8 and i dreamed about the movie aliens and being chased by them...i lost my shoe and for some reason my dream self went back for it and was just totally vaporized...no scary movies for kids...

My worst night mare was a dream I had, in that dream, my mother who loves me most in my family and whom I love also was chasing me with a loaded gun. The worst was that I was running to her for comfort.
