No. Sperm can only survive in the body. That's why penises have to go all the way inside the vagina during sex. Besides, even if the sperm survived living outside the body, it can't go into the woman just because she touched her vagina. What did she do, stuff her whole hand in there?

no because the sperm only live so long outside the body and for her to be impregnated they would have to find their way, to her cervix to enter the womb, they would have to find an egg to fertalize and considering they have been exposed to the elements I doubt they would survive.
