My kids have been to there nannas and came back telling me they watched a movie and want to buy it.. they dont noo what its called but.. they said it has a cute fish in it and a funny seagull. sorry if that desnt help but there only 4.. there twins

It sounds more like the Little Mermaid but it could also be Finding Nemo why dont you ask their nanna which one they watched
