ok I really need serious answers only please.I was working for a taxi company and got into a accident where I slide on a patch of ice and went left of the center line and hit head on with another car, the police report says my falt due to the weather, it was snowing real bad, comimg down hard and to fast for them to clean the streets. I was taken to the hospitol because of back pain and pain in my upper stomach. I found out the company had insurance for the vehicle but not the driver, so my medical was not covered. also I was wrongfully fired from this company, A year later another driver got into a accident almost killing his passenger by pulling in front of a semi truck, both his passenger and the truck driver were hurt and he is still driving for the company, however I did not have a passenger and the people in the other car were not hurt. Is there anything I can do as far as suing the company for my medical. If more info is needed you can e-mail me. thank you before hand.

I was never really told why I was fired, I was just told that they do not have a car right now for me to drive, But that was a year ago and they have gotten 5 more cabs since than and never called me.

I believe you can sue the company for your medical bills, for the wrongful termination, for the lawyer's fees (you will need a lawyer!), court fees, and for the other expenses that you incurred after being fired. You need to do it as soon as possible though, because there are time restrictions. You will most definitely win if you sue.

Wow what a terrible story, I'm sorry that such a horrible thing has happened to you and to get fired along with it.

If someone else happened to be in an accident with one of the company's car it seems as though they have faulty cars and not gone through proper MOT

Sue them for medical, physical and mental health and for firing you for unjust reasons.
Get yourself a solicitor if you are strapped for cash then you can go with a 'No win No fee' company.

I think you need an accident lawyer who only charges you if you win something. This is a complicated situation - why were you fired?
