i agree with you . o expect anyday that an article will come " Buffon did't deserve lev yashen award " and " Italy cheated to win the world cup " or any other non sense by Anti italian people in fifa. I have begun to think that FIFA is Not neutral But French soccer board.
Who says Cannavaro doesn't deserve it ?

HE WAS THE HERO OF THAT ITALY-GERMANY'S MATCH . WHAT A MATCH THAT WAS AND WHAT A GREAT JOB CANNAVRO DID . HE WAS ALSO THE RUNNER'S UP IN THE GOLDEN BALL AWARD , AND I THOUGHT THAT HE DESERVED IT MORE THAN ZIDANE.THERE WAS JUST A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM ZIDANE GETTING 2012 POINTS WHERE AS CANNA GETTING 1977.
Cannavaro never received a single yellow or red card throughout the 690 minutes he played in the tournament. The Italian defence conceded only two goals throughout the entire tournament, an own-goal and a penalty shot.
AND MORE OVER WHAT A CO INCIDENCE , ITALY WON THE WORLD CUP ON CANNAVARO'S 100TH GAME !!.
What will happen ? I think oneday an article will come " If there are only Italians for the race . FIfa Would Give it TO any tom , dick or Harry of San MArino or whatever.
WHo is he to say who deserves it or who not ?
