Not the American people but the American government, and not only by Iraqis and Afghanis, but literally by most people in the world. As to why, it's unlikely that you'll get the answer from your mainstream media!

By Bush's own definition of a terrorists, yes.

We have entered their country uninvited and without cause (no wmds, etc...), overthrown their government, killed their ELECTED leaders and are now dictating to them what new government and economic system they shall live by... all by military force.

Yes I would say they consider us terrorists.

Many of the people in Iraq consider US forces to be illegal invaders, little better than what we think of terrorists.

Some generalize that to all Americans, the way some Americans assume all Islamics are related to terrorists.

In all such cases, it's a matter of perspective, and generalization.

Probably. If we went over to there countys they would prob. be looking at us twice wondering what we are up to.
