That question makes no sense at all.

ISP usually is defined as "internet service provider", and they all cost different, and they can work with any computer with appropriate tools, not just a laptop. It's not even a hardware device, but a company. So that makes no sense.

As for RJ-45 (I'm sure that's what you mean), that's a type of Ethernet plug known as 10/100BaseT.

If you are asking how much would it cost to add an Ethernet port to a laptop, it'll have to be a PCMCIA / PC Card, assuming you don't have one built in... That would depend on what you are in the world, your local prices, brand, and lots of other factors. Though it should cost no more than USD$50 in the US. As I have no idea where you shop, I can't say for sure.
