Are you afraid of the dark? THat show freaked me out like nothing else! Did it scare the he*L out of you too?!!

i love that show when it was first on not when they recasted it in '99-'00. i remember watching it all the time and i still watch them occasionally since i have a few episodes taped. my favorite episodes dead man's float after seeing this episode i didn't want to go swimming for a while.
watcher's wood is one of the best episodes.
the closet keeper when the deaf girl was held by aliens and placed in like a zoo.
i wish nick would create a tv channel for some of the classic shows like are you afraid of the dark?, hey dude, welcome freshman, clarissa explains it all, salute your shorts, Land of the Lost, the secret world of alex mack, The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo, flipper and The Adventures of Pete & Pete.

I used to love that show! What I can remember of my favorite episode was that the girl who was the bully ended up being lured into the mirror by the ghost, but it turns out she was just huddling in the closet.
The show didn't scare me near as much as it did my grandmother who would make me change the channel (because the cable's in her room, so I had no choice). I'd hope she'd fall asleep before it would come on so I could watch it...or I'd end up watching it on Saturday.

I do remember that show - wasn't as scary as most I've seen, but it was decent for a kid's show. They even did some novels on the episodes, but I don't know if they are still in print or not.

I remember that show! Yep, it scared the hell out of me. It was on snick! I would always watch the other shows, but would change the channel when that one came on.
