Idina Menzel. Sexy because she's amazingly talented, she can sing like no one else I've ever heard, she's a great actress, she's intelligent, she's friendly, she's very down-to-earth.
Plus, of course, she's very pretty, but not in the silicone-and-botox-trash way that most celebrities are these days.
