No you wont get her pregnant by anal although there are serious affects that can harm her by anal depending on how fast or slow you go. If its her first time having anal done and your first time you need to seriously lube it up and take your time dont be in a hurry to go in and out cause it hurts so bad and she may have to use the bathroom the first couple of times cause its going to feel like she has to take a poop no joke i actually had to take several of them the first time i let him give it to me anal be prepared that she tends to leak from the buthole brown stuff or poop LOL.. and be prepared if she cries. My first time was so bad with anal i was crying and i had leaked a little it was brown and kinda runny it took almost 20 minutes to actually get it in and than i went through pain i also had to stop every time he had it in a little cause it felt like i had to use the bathroom really really bad and i did go poop like 3 times within 20 minutes from anal. It would affect her the worst cause it can cause damages to the butthole. You dont have to wear a condom but i would suggest wearing one unless you want to get the yucky stuck on your d!ck. Firstly- yes she could have a disease and now that you are having sex you should be checked by a dr. or by your local health dept for cummunicable diseases/std's. A person can have diseases and not know it. You should use a condom.
Also yes she could get pregnant if the sperm were to drip into her vagina. Though unlikely I know a girl who had anal sex because her boyfriend would not "finish" in her and she wanted to get pregnant so she waited until he left the room to get cleaned up and she took her finger and literally put it in there herself. Though she did not get pregnant it just goes to show what hormones can do to a woman.
As far as side effects I am unsure what you mean. Side effects to anal sex for you could include contracting an STD, a dirty penis, and perhaps a sore one because of the tightness.
As for her, she can get std's hemmerroids, trouble with bowel movements, blood in the stool, damage to her anus and colon, impacted bowel syndrome, and anal sex gives you a higher risk of contracting HIV. Have her check into getting some birth control and always wear condoms.

The only way you can tell if she has any diseases is if she takes a test at her gyno's office. If you have unprotected sex anal,oral,vaginal,etc you can get a disease. She might not know she has a disease, some don't have any side effects. And she is really at risk for a disease if she has anal unprotected. The anus is an exit not an entry. The skin in the anus is easily torn, making her vulnerable. Also you can't get pregnant through your anus. The only way you can get pregnant is if sperm enters her vagina while she is ovulating.

OMG,how old are you two? Has no one ever talked to you about sex? Vaginal sex is the only way you can get pregnant,that's where the uterus and the eggs and the fallopian tubes are. Always use a condom. Not just to prevent pregnancies,but to also protect yourself. And anytime you have anal sex.sounds like to me you two are too young to be having sex.You need some sex education. And you can cause and receive diseases from anal sex,especially if you don't use a condom.

no you can not get her preg. like that it does not go to the uterus, and yes you can get infection from anal, if you insist on doing it like that you should wear a condom. I read about it in the sex for dummies book it is not good for the females either, I had a sister-n-law who did that and enjoyed it but her rectum wall got damaged. Just a little advise I am passing on. but yes you should at least wear a condom hope this helps you both

How do you know she doesn't have any diseases? It can take up to 20 years for HIV to show up in a blood test so she MAY have it for all you know...and YES you CAN get HIV through anal sex. As far as her getting pregnant...interesting concept a uterus in the bowels.

No she will not get pregnant and wear a condom to prevent infection to yourself. Insure she is relaxed and use alot of KY. You better check the sex advice portion if yahoo answers and be more informed before trying this to prevent injury to your partner.

ok no she can't get prego , she can develop hemorrhoids, any puncture like that to the anal area can cause that but as far as stds go r u sure she is clean i would strap one on to be safe.

no she cant get pregnant unless semen reaches the vagina which is very close n yes you could catch a disease because we all carry a bacteria called e-coli which is in the anus so wear a condom n have fun.
