You are a native English speaker, you cannot take TOEFL as a member requires. Otherwise, you should take. You may required to take ACT or SAT if you want to, and some universities require transfer student to have ACT and/or SAT scores (like Harvard). Some universities require transfer student have finished some certain courses (but limited), and have high G.P.A to transfer. Like my school, you will need at least 30 credits but not higher than 60 ( 2 years), and should have G.P.A 3.0 to transfer without ACT or SAT score.

The SAT is a college-entrance exam for people who have not been to college or university before.
If you have already completed a certain amount of credit at a university, you can apply as a "transfer student" to the U.S. university you want to transfer to.
