Yes, this has happened to me alot in the past. I have even missed periods completely. Birth Control pills can help to regulate it. And (BONUS) they also help to reduce cramping. Lowering my caffiene intake helped alot too.

It could happen that you won't get it for several weeks
or on the contrary some women (I am a woman) experience
early onset of the period due to stress (I had it when I went to a
very difficult exam and got my period during the exam. So, yes, our period is affected by stress.

Yes very much so. Stress response in the body is casued by a sequece of hormones, and hormoes also governs the menstrual cycle.

Yes it happens to me all the time because I get very stress with school. Once you relax your cycle goes back to normal.

Definitely. That's when many girls think they're pregnant and they're stressed about being so, then their periods skip and they think they really are pregnant. Depression, stress etc. can all make you skip/delay your periods.

Yep - mine was once a week late because of final exams...and the stress of waiting for it made me even more stressed!!

Most defently, If you have PMS you will regularly be late or early and all screwed up!! Keep a calender where you can see it at a glance so you and everyone knows when the time is coming.
