Apparently she was spending time with Peter MacKay who is Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister.
Now Mr. MacKay is a bit of a dick head, he called his ex girlfriend (and essentially all women) "dog" in the House of Commons or somewhere. But then again Belinda is a bit of a whoore, the whole Tie Domi thing...
