Hi Itsme, Sounds like this professor sucks in his teaching.So the class move on to a better class,and subject.

Hun I know what you mean. I've delt with the same kinds of men teacher pervs in high school and I just tell the principle or first complain to another teacher you have, like a female teacher, ask if you can talk for a few mins after class and ask for advice and say you cannot concentrate in class because the teacher is a horny pervert.

Not typical dropout rates, but if they are freshman, it happens a lot. Students find out that college is not like high school. There could be issues with the professor too, but without any details...you can't blame it all on him/her. But they bear some responsibility.

He or she is not willing to dumb-down the material for the 95% of students that expect all the answers to be handed to them. Actually, if 20 out of 25 students dropped, it would be more like 80%. :)

It says that students tend to turn tail and run after the slightest hint of difficulty rather than put in some extra effort.

the professor is asking much from the students and the students are tasked to work a lot more compared to other students..wanna know why?

BECAUSE WHAT HE IS TEACHING MATTERS!!!

Economics is not just supply and demand relationship..The students need to know deeper than that..
