My wife is filing divorce against me due to her extra marital reasons. Court order me to pay my wife maintenance!! Does the law encourage women to fling and let the man suffer?

Many judges fancy themselves protectors of women and children. Often the guy is taken for a ride to protect the children. It is hard to find an unbiased judge. Some guys have a warped sense of what is fair. Judges will make the guy pay if the alternative is for the taxpayer to pay. With this I agree.

Laws are becoming equal for both now.Earlier it was a man's law,now its a human law.
If ur wife is earning,i guess law doesnt force u to feed ur wife after divorce.

You can engage a lawyer to defence your case and if you have the evidence to prove your case, the judge will access accordingly. But once she gets remarried, your support in her maintenance stops.

it isnt like this. you do have to have a lawyer to get what you want especially in your case otherwise you get whatever she brings upon you.
