No, Bush ( The USA President ) is above the Law, he is the landlord of UN building of NY, how can he can be summoned by any court in world. Unless, USA people make a distrust resolution on him as President of USA or just wait 2 years completing his final office term before you send him in any court.
I heard muslims people in Palestine, Lebanon, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq want death penalty on him and his officers after his term of office complete.
