There was a cartoon with a little girl who had poofy blond hair, kinda shaped like Sally's (from the Peanuts gang), and she had this musical feather. Everytime someone was sad, she would blow on the feather and it would start "dancing" and playing music, and everyone would be happy again. Sounds crazy...huh? No one I know remember this and NO I was not on drugs...I was way too young for that!!!

grew up during that time and have NO clue what you are talking about... and I watched ALL the cartoons.... it may have been somthing just for your area ??? God bless
