tampons or pads?

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't want an accident to happen. If It was a must I would wear a tampon and a thin pad/panty liner. To be on the safe side.

yeh beneficial , use a skinny pad so u cant see it with the aid of ur white shorts take some with you so u can save changing in the experience that your heavy if u use tampons positioned one in and positioned a pad on aswel just to be on the risk-free side it wonderful donning white at the same time as being on ur era i do it each and all of the time :)

Sure, wear white if you are comfortable with it. Just make sure to use a pantyliner along w/ a tampon to be on the safe side. And don't forget to check yourself every now and then, or ask a friend to make sure you're all clear.

you can wear whatever you want when you are on your period. just know when it is time to change your pad or tampon to avoid accidents.

i try not too because i bleed heavily and i am afraid of leakage.
i wear pads i don't trust the tampons.
they are evil

of course you can, the question is more should you? and that answer is no. unless you're period is light, go ahead and just use a tampon.
but just make sure you feel comfortable. if you're going to be checking your butt every 2 minutes to see if you bled through, is it really worth it?

nope. why would i wear white if it will make me feel conscious all the time. i prepare wearing dark clothes so that i can move w/ out the worry of getting blood stain.
