Change of birthday can be validly made. However, since it affects the age of a person, there must be a court special proceedings for this purpose and there must be a valid reason such as to correct the date.

No, I wouldn't think you would be able to do that. I imagine if it was possible almost every 18 year old would become 21 overnight. You can always celebrate your unbirthday in April. I hate my birthday... I'm a Christmas birthday, so the rest of the year is long and depressing with one combination present for my birthday/Christmas/anniversary. I usually buy myself a little something in June, just as a treat.

It would be your legal birthDATE. You only have one birthday- the day you were born. But why would you want to do that?
