1. Money must be looked upon as a reward and not an objective.
2. Objective must be to excell in your chosen field.
3. Try to do everything right and better than the others. Results will follow.
4. Pay attention to detail. Remember, the devil is in the detail. For example, your question has the "money" spelt wrong as "maoney". It shows that you are careless.
Once you are good in whatever you do, rewards (including money) will follow. Lets take an example. Is it easy to make money by playing cricket or making paintings? Certainly not, but those who are good (like Tendulkar & M F Hussain) do make a lot of money, even in fields where it is generally difficult.

This is one way.
If have very good percentage in your carrier then try for Software companies,
If this doesn't not work, If your English is Excellent then Side by side try for Call Center. Very easy to earn Money. Concentate on Incentives.
Then after 1 year go to any other companies....
