is there any good websites for tutors. i need help in AP Chemistry. Im from Long Beach, California close to Los Angeles. Any sources would be good thanks.

Dear god, I hate Chemistry.

Does your school have a CSF program? (California Scholarship Federation.) It's a sort of organization that gives free tutoring after school. Otherwise talk to your teacher after class/after school.
