well , I work 42 Hour per week . and its the same as 168 Hour per month !
is it full time ?
my superwiser pay me 400$ per month .
I fix computers , which it has any problem .
and also find our website bugs... I mean the problem of our website ...
And also I will do anythink that my boss say ...
I think that He pays me a little money ...

you are working full time you should be getting paid more than 400 per month.
man, i work only part time, 4 hours a day, 7 days a week. and i make gross: $1456 per month.

before this job. i worked at a movie theater. i was paid $8 per hour. i only worked 4 days a week. my paycheck bi-weekly was about $495. and that was only part time. so that's net: $990 per month!
you should be getting paid more!

$400 dollars is VERY BAD. You are making about $2.30 and hour! As a computer technician you should accept no less than $10 an hour which at 168 hours a month would be $1680.00. Find a new job you poor fool! Good luck!

There are so many variables on this one.
What country are you from?
What is the normal wage in your area for this work?
How old are you?
What is your sklll level?
It's simple math... it comes to $2.38 an hour. That is FAR below minimum wages in America. But, what matters is how it averages in your country. If you feel you are not making enough money... you can always ask for a raise, or look for another job. It sounds you like HAVE gained experience.

Before that,are you happy doing working there in term of works?
If yes,then think whether the salary is sufficient to manage your planned near future.If yes then continue if not find another which should suits you well.Never waste time grumbling at work about your salary as it will make life even worst.

Yeah, he is taking advantage of you. I agree with the second poster. Quit working for cash and get a green card! MInimun wage would get you at least $300 a WEEK.

It depends on how old you are. A junior will usually get paid far less than somebody over 21 (in australia anyway, dont know much about US).
If you are over 21 then you aren't getting paid much at all.
