After being tested well water is fine for drinking - grass -plants and if mantained for fish. The water will not hurt them but keeping it in balance for algre and oyxgen is a problem. See a pet store for a test kits for the type of fish pond you want, you will most likely need to add a air pump (fountion type) to keep air bubbles in and water moving, else the fish die.

General speaking there should be no problem using ground water for those things.

If there is no septic systems or animal feed lots near by or it isn't on a land fill or old garbage dump.

If you have any questions you can have the water tested.

Water in wells are good in your fish(if it is clean).
Even your urine is good for the grass and your garden plants because it contains minerals and vitamins from our body so this excess minerals and vitamins that came out of our body can be good to your plants. And also our the water that is from our laudry uses and the waste water in bathing our pets can be good souce of water to water your plants. These are tips how to save water specially in watering your plants. Tips from my science teacher when I was grade 6 elementary in Philippines.

It is if the water is chemical free. Let the water sit and precipitate the minerals.
