Try the Black Market.

Why would you want to? First of all, that's an invasive procedure that could do you more harm than good, and secondly, once a uterus is removed from a human body, it cannot be reused. Unlike a liver, kidney, heart, or lung, the uterus is not a vital organ. You do not need it to survive, and once it's out, it's useless.

Doubtful. The uterus is not an organ that can be transplanted, so there isn't a market for you to sell it to someone who needs one. Also, the medical field has seen their share of uteruses, both healthy and unhealthy, so they wouldn't have a need to pay for one more.

No. It is against the law to sell organs.
That could lead to people murdering others to sell the deceased' organs for profit.

The government views it as a possible lethal black market. That's why.

You can list yourself as an organ doner though, in the event of your death. That's legal.

To whom? I don't think they have "perfected" uterine transplants as yet, so I can't imagine there would be much of a market for them.

I'd imagine. If you find a doctor that will remove it voluntarily with no health problems.

I am going to be mad if it is. I let my doctor keep it after the hysterectomy. H-m-m-m I wonder if that is why he drives a Mercedes....
