My suggestion is to try using a Venetian plaster. A general google search should refer to several sites that sell it. Although both Lowe's and Home Depot have Venetian plaster product, I have personally never used it. The best brand (in my opinion) is TexSton (Veneciano) which is applied in several steps. The final outcome however is worth it - plus - it can be sealed for damp applications. The more research you do - the better. good luck.
Here is a helpful website - http://www.texston.com/plasters_veneciano.html

Why not do as answer number one suggests?

Why, however, attempt it? Even fiberglass based stucco will not adhere well to tile, (Fired, glazed, clay,,,"Glass")

Also, and with no offense meant, stucco will not at all create a "marble" look.

Go to the HGTV.com website and look at bathroom treatments.
