This is my opinion but I think when you meet someone and you really like the person, there is nothing wrong with calling back or to show interest, even the next day I mean you do want to show interest right? Its been two days, u dont necessarily have to call, how about a text mssg.? an e-mail, I mean you can always write something simple like thanks for the date, had a great time, hope it happens again, something like that, a hi and bye but also a sign for this guy that you liked him, you mentioned he's kinda shy so help him a little. Good Luck.

Darling Melissa....i am so glad that you found a guy that accepts you the way that you are. It's so very hard to find....i hate it when guys say they will call and they don't but maybe give him a day or two more before you call him up. If you really like him then I wouldn't leave it up to him, especially since you said he was shy. I really hope it works out...he sounds like a keeper. (shy guys can be so cute)

If he's sweet and shy, then I think you should definitely call him! Sometimes guys that are shy don't even realize that a "girl" is interested in them unless you practically hit them over the head with a hammer. This one guy, I kept inviting him to do stuff and dropping hints, but it didn't sink in until I showed up at his door on Valentine's day and gave him a gift.

Maybe he's busy with work or something else. Either way, you should call him. Not to ask him out on a second date or anything. Maybe you can tell him that you had a great time the last time around, and then take it from there. The phone works both ways. \m/

This is just an idea but if you don't want him to think that you're needy don't call for another date, call to wish him a Happy Thanksgiving that way you'll be able to let him do most of the talking to find out what he has to say

Just because your a man living as a girl doesn't mean the dating scene is any different from mine. If he asked you out then I would call him. Sometimes men wait on us to call even if they do want to call us. What can lose by calling?

I don't think you should call him. I think you should try and stay calm and relax. Some men like to wait a little because they don't want to call you soon after the date in-case you knock them back. So once he is confident and has a day free he'll call. and if he doesn't don't stress about it babe okay xoxo

you should wait till tomorrow afternoon and give him a call... see what he's doing for thanksgiving, and or after. you can use this comming holiday to your advantage... it is right around the corner. that way he doesnt feel like you pushing it and he did ask you out anyway so maybe it your turn ... more than likely he's wondering if he should call you... i wish you good luck and happy holidays... i hope it works out to your advantage
