1. Check to make sure the force air unit is plug into the wall (120 volts supply). Also check the circuit breaker.
2. Check the transformer that provides 24 volts to the unit and the thermostat. Make sure it is providing power (check the circuit breaker)
3. Check to make sure all the wire connections are good.

Because neither the AC nor the heater works, you most likely lack power supply to the system.

Check the circuit breakers, and then the thermostat. Don't forget the emergency shut off switch.
