Iam getting a severe back pain .Not actually back pain as in the spinal cord but the hips ..Any of ull have a good remedy to it..I have taken alot of pills but no help..i cant move ..Any homemade remedies?

I have read, and my wife who suffers as you do confirms, that the type of pain you describe does feel as if it originates in the hips but actually originates in a pinched nerve in the spine, the sciatic nerve if I recall correctly, and most often results from stenosis.

omg don't you just hate when that happens. I had that problem so many times when I used to take martial arts. I learned that if you curve your back that kinda releases the pressure from your hips. Another trick I learned is that if you put both legs against the wall and just push the wall as hard as you can. Make sure your elbows are on the floor, and your hands are by your waist. If that doesn't work you can always get a massage ;-)

My mom use to make me drink garlic boiled with small amount of salt when I had back pains. I'll ask her cause she makes the best remedies out of ordinary plants, she a genius with tea remedies. I'll get back to you on that!

Pain means something is wrong..don't know your history so would not be wise to give remedy.sounds like you could use a good ostopath treatment.try ice pack for overnight and see the doctor asap..or go to your local out patients --er

yes...before that please identify what is ur hieght and weight? change the diet. start slow exercise and then apply oil massage slowly. start shaking slowly ur body...give hot water treatment. apply pyroxigel ( CIPLA ) and try walking as much as u can..but never pressurise.
