Some men are called fire crotches because they've replaced their penis with a flamethrower. It's a rarely-used tactic but it proved very effective in the Gulf War. I wouldn't be surprised if we have some troops over there using the same trick now.

um...no it's not because they think you are hot. You really shouldn't let people call you that. It's what they call girls with red hair because....if the shades match the blinds....you have red pubic hair.....yeah it's not cool for guys to say. If you don't have red hair...then they might not know what fire-crotch means. It became big in pop-culture because Paris Hilton's friend kept calling Lindsay Lohan fire crotch...

We used to call an old friend of mine "fire crotch" because she had bright red hair.
Onetime, when we were driving alone, she tried to toss her cigarette out the window, but missed. It bounced back in, and went straight down her overalls. Burnt here "down there"

ooooh-ho-ho, man!! the only type of people that can be called fire crotches are red heads. because, if you think real hard about it, you'll realize that not only is the hair on top of their noggin' red, but so are the little curlies down below. i'm sure you're a very attractive young man, though :)
