Ok, NEVER EVER PARTICIPATE in alcohol abuse and you might as well enjoy the break down as much as you can and we all know how beer helps us enjoy unenjoyable things, right?
Anyway, no, neither the urine (although if my experience with campfires is any example it will STINK!) or beer would hurt the radiator, I would flush it out for safe measure, and stench management, as soon as I could though.

Drink the beer first the piss in the radiator. it will freeze at 32 or below if you don't have antifreeze to mix with it.

If the cause of the lack of coolant is a leak, no amout of urine will make it go, You can only go like 2 cups at best, and youll need 3 liters to replace the fluid.
What to do? If you are drunk when it happens your decision making skills will be on empty too. Thumb a ride. Call for help with your cell phone, duh ! That will be safer.

I don't know about damaging your radiator, but you sure can damage your penis if you get it too close to the steam coming out of a hot radiator. Ouchie...
