-9x = 81x² ≡ 81x² + 9x + 0 = 0
For cuadratics with the form ax² + bx + c = 0 use this formule:

x = [-b± √(b²- 4ac)] / (2a)

so:

x = [-9 ± √(9² - 4(81)(0))] / (2(81))
x = [-9 ± √(9²)] / 162
x = [-9 ± 9] / 162

x = a = 0
x = b = -18 / 162 = -9 / 81 = -1 / 9

substitute and confirm it 0 = 0 for both a and b answers.
