Try Harbor Freight Tools they are a cheap tool store and they usually run pretty good specials on stuff like that.

Check the prices between the local Discounter (Wal-Mart/Target, Sam's Club/Costco, and the Local Hardware MegaStores (like Lowes/Home Depot).

Most of the time, the Discounters will be cheaper.

By the way -- wait until this weekend (just after Thanksgiving) ... there are going to be plenty of sales out there, and I know that (if the usual occurs) that there will be price wars in things for the Home Workshop -- including Outdoor Extension Cords.

For a 100 foot 14/3 cord, I wouldn't run anything heavier than a small drill from it. When you increase the lenght of a cord, you need to move up to a heavier duty cord. Check the proper UL recommendations before you try to save a few dollars and end up burning down the house.
