Yes they are. The motherboard is socket LGA 775, and so is the CPU.
Also, check the specification of the motherboard. It does say that it works with Pentium 4 Prescott and Celeron D, which is the type of CPU you are getting.
Note that sometimes you also need to check the chipset, but this is not with your case.

yes they r compatable but y get celeron u should get pentium 4 or better cause celeron sucks
