Yup , Today have more pain on my spinal . Not feel good came to job with this pain .. Dont know what to do ...

Hi, yesterday it was cool outside, today it was really nippy.
November 20, seems to mark the day that it gets a little colder out in Toronto. There were also some light flurries, but they did not stay.
It's also my birthday, so I'm a year older today than I was yesterday.
