If both beat out all the other Democrats they should run on the same ticket, Obama for President and Clinton for VP. I think Obama is a more charaismatic speaker and though he is still new to government it kinda works in his favor for bringing in change to how things have been run by the long-time career politicians. This fresh prespective and charisma would serve him well for establishing actual diplomatic relations with other countries. Clinton is not as charasmatic and is too engrained with the old-time political leaders.

I think americans are alot closer to the idea of having an african-american president than they are to having a female president. With Clinton as VP, Obama has a better chance of surviving his term(s) in office without being assassinated since anyone wanting shot at him has to ask "Do I really want Hilary Clinton as President?"

Unfortunately the Democratic party has been falling apart since they won the elections to win back the congress. If they don't regroup with a united message (like they were doing pre-election) and get some real things done to change things around the Republicans are going to regain their footing and steal back voters. It would be nice if they got their act back together before for the elections in '08, if they don't Obama & Clinton won't have an easy time of it.

I think almost everyone agrees, whether Democrat, Republican, Independent, or Green, that Hilary can't win a Presidential election. She's just not a good candidate. Barack Obama is undoubtedly a good man and a very eloquent speaker, but he'll only have been in office for four years when the Presidential election rolls around. He's too inexperienced in the ways of public policy and political leadership. If he waits a few years, his turn will come and he'll have the opportunity to run with a better candidate than Hilary Clinton.

Ben and Jerry stand a better chance of winning. If Senator Clinton really wants me to believe she has the interest of the country at heart, she won't run. No offense, but she is a lightning rod attracting negative energy. Maybe in 2012, right now the country is too polarized. Obama on the other hand seems to have quite a few options open. It's still way to early to really consider running in 08. We still have almost two years and being in Iraq still has to play out in America. I think we should see what happens there before we can tell which way the wind is blowing by the time the elections come around again.

Hillary probably WONT have a chance just becasue theres enough people that still feel a woman isnt capable of being president & doing the job right.
To top that off if she stands next to that obama its going to come down to his skin color & then the 2 of them will probably do even worse. I think we'd probably see some hispanic descendant or something that looks white be president before we'll see a black person get the job. Sad, but thats how the folks in this country think/act.

Let's pray that Hillary is not there. This country wouldn't survive another 4 years of her rule. But I think Obama would be a GREAT leader because he is a true Democrat. Not a Liberal posing as a Democrat. Let's not forget, there is a difference between the two. I can handle a true Democrat, but not a Liberal, which is exactly what Hillary is. She is a Liberal posing as a Democrat.

i'm an Obama supporter and that i'm so sensible who will win. I advise i look on the previous 2 elections...and why did human beings vote for Bush...if human beings might want to vote for Bush then they could vote for someone such as him...McCain yet although the Democratic primaries became a reliable get mutually of substitute v. adventure...i encourage uncertain electorate to seem at McCain's record and his previous...google McCain turn flops or Keaton 5...get recommended

I'm a registered Democrat, but I know this party is just too stupid for it's own good. Here's how 2008 will shake down, in the Democratic Primary voters in Iowa and New Hampshire will pick the most unsuitable candidate to be our nominee. That person will look to be a worse choice, than the nominee the Republicans select, to everyone except Democrats. In the end moderate voters will vote for the Republican because he is the lesser of two evils, and we will have to listen to everyone from our party complain for 4 more years. Note to the crazy left-wingers in our party: join the Green Party and stay out of our primary.

America has to ask itself one little question .

Do I really want politicians running everything , a socialist state ?

If those 2 gain power , good bye to freedom , hello Socialism .

If John McCain keeps advocating increasing troop levels in Iraq, I think Mickey Mouse will beat him.

I hope not. What would be great is if Hillary and Kerry would run together. Ha ha ha!

Wouldn't that be hilarious!
