I learned that some doctors will actually order an 800 calorie a day diet for a patient. And I learned that 800 calories is NOT a whole lot.

I love to observe people and am very aware of my surroundings, so if you are noticing and listening a lot , you are going to learn something!

yeah i learned that if i drink all day i still cant catch a buzz,so i will have to start going w/ something stronger,and besides that i learned that ppl like you are awesome so there babe,hugs and have a great holiday
