I use rat poison because my allergies keep me from having a cat. The poison means that I don't have to deal with the bodies. However, a hungry cat is really the best way to deal with the problem.

Go to your local hardware store and buy the mice bait traps. Works very well, but the downside is you wont be able to find the mice . When they eat the bait, they will bring it back to the nest to share also. The bait will dry the mice up...lol..literally, will take the water right out of them in about a week. They normally will die where ever the nest is. Even if they die in the wall or someplace like that, they normally dont smell, as there is no liquid in the mice to break down, thus, no smell. Decon works very well to, witht he same effects as the bait traps. Good luck !

Glue traps are the best method to trap rats and mice.

They also have live box-type traps for both mice and rats... If you really do not want to touch them then that is the way to go... but then you have to cart them off and let them go somewhere...

i am sorry but i have to say this..... have u heard of mouse traps? or you could get a cat to scare the mice away. just a suggestion.

Put a piece of chocolate on a mouse trap.I tried cheese,peanut butter,mice glue pads and everything else.The chocolate did it.
