We are doing Thanksgiving at my house this year as usual. My mom, my husband's parents and sister, my adopted son's grandparents and his two uncles are coming as well as my husband and three sons (13,11,2).

I am making the Turkey, sausage and cranberry stuffing, orange cranberry sauce and sweet potato souffle.

My MIL is bringing creamed onions and an Italian cake, my mom is bringing a pumpkin pie, my SIL is bring crescent rolls and my son's (the 2 year old) family is bring garlic mashed potatoes.

We have to eat at noon because my husband has to be at work at 5PM which is kind of a bummer. He has Wednesday off so at least he can help me clean!

My dad is coming up. We're gonna have lobster for thanksgiving. (I'm not gonna eat any because I'm not a big fan of lobster.) My mom isn't gonna make a turkey because she doesn't want to go through all the trouble for only her and my dad. Me and my brother are ovo lac-to vegetarians that eat sea food. And I'm gonna make an apple cake.

It's going to be just me, my husband and our kids. We are all going to work together on our meal and just have a wonderful relaxing day together. Thank God for Thanksgiving!

I'm going to spend it alone and enjoy the peace and quiet for a change. I'm going to reflect on the things I'm thankful for, relax and read a good book and eat something good. What, I'm not sure yet.

I am building a Castle Wall to keep the boom box noises from disturbing my sleep at night.

Do you know what a boom box is?

Its an amplifier that idiots install in there cars. It goes, "Boom, Boom Boom, Boom."
