Well its obvious he is still remembered for his football career or you wouldnt be hearing anything about him.........anywhere.

If you are a sports fan = remember him for sports

If you are not a sports fan = remember him for being accused of murder (remember, he wasnt convicted, regardless of what people think, it wasnt proven)

Unlike most of the people commenting here, I would bet the statistics would show most people tend to forgive criminal activities of celebrities.

Without a question as a murderer, a villain. Everybody knows he was (is) guilty but as the American legal system works he beat it. Unfortunate but true. And as a season ticket holder in Buffalo during his tenure there he WAS an amazing running back. Also amazingly as I got to know him personally a little he was a very nice person at the time. Not sure what happened but truly an American tragedy at many levels, mostly for the people that lost their lives.

Both. He'll be remembered as the Juice, one of the greatest football players ever and a murderer. The only reason we even talk about is because he's the Juice, Heisman Trophy winner, champion, MVP, and throat slasher.

I think he'll be remembered as a murderer. Like Michael Jackson, a lot of people feel he did commit the crime. But like Michael Jackson, he was not convicted of the crime, but was convicted in civil court.

I don't remember OJ in his football career, but I do remember him in the commercials for the suitcases dashing through the airports.

His glove dont fit, you must aquit defense. Too many people have distanced themselves from even using his name. He isnt number 1 in anything except for most games running over 200 yds in a career with 6.. which I think LT will shatter, he already has 4...

he will fade into obscurity and never be heard from again (i thought that was the case, until he came out talking about this joke that he calls a book) ....just like any other murderer...but in his case, it's not in prison.
