Yes as long as he establishes himself back in bounds. In other words he cannot run out of bounds and run back in bounds and catch a pass. He must establish himself as being in bounds before he can receive a pass, the pass cannot be on it's way to him. The rule clearly states he cannot be the FIRST person to touch the ball. Well if he is back in bounds and the QB still has the ball, he isn't the first person to touch the ball. That may sound confusing, but that is the rule.

Yes. If an elligible receiver is forced out of bounds, he may return to the field of play and catch a pass, as long as he returns as soon as possible. He can't use players on the bench area as a "shield" from the defender or anything like that. Of course, it depends on the level of play. In high school and college, he can reenter and catch a pass. In the NFL, he can't be the FIRST ONE to touch a pass. If he's bumped out, comes back in and the pass is TIPPED, then he can catch it, for all pass interference restrictions are eliminated from both teams, due to the new force applied to the pass in flight.

No. They cannot, even if they establish themselves, they cannot be the first to touch the ball...so, if he is pushed out, and comes back, and catches, it doesnt count. and is a penalty. It happened in the Cowboys v. Colts game this past sunday.
haha! i was right!! i found the rule.
"If an eligible receiver goes out of bounds accidentally or is legally forced out by a defender and returns to first touch and catch a pass, the play is regarded as an incomplete pass. Loss of 5 yards."

Kam is absolutely wrong, if the reciever goes out of bounds he can't catch it unless someone else touches it first, like say it got tipped.
