if your sexually active, you could be pregnant. it is possible to spot while pregnant. i know people who've had full periods while pregnant. take a pregnancy test. over the counter tests are pretty accurate. all of your symptoms point towards pregnancy or an impending period. i'd check it out asap. early prenatal care is important. good luck

You really should see a doctor and get a blood test for your HCG level done if the back pain continues or gets worse - go to the ER if it gets really bad. Early pregnancy can sometimes but very rarely start off with some implantation bleeding - but many times it means that something went wrong, a blighted ovum - bad implantation or even ectopic pregnancy. Bleeding usually indicates that your hormone levels are not high enough to sustain the pregnancy because something is wrong there. A molar pregnancy will show higher levels of HCG. In any case, if there is a possibility that you are pregnant and experiencing fatigue and lower back pain there is one of three things going on - you have a normal pregnancy with implantation bleeding, you have an abnormal pregnancy that could be life threatening if not treated right away, or you're having some other issue totally not related to being pregnant. You need to get that bloodwork done because they can tell you how much HCG is in your blood and follow up with an ultrasound to see what's going on depending on the result of that test - whereas the over the counter pregnancy tests only tell you if there is enough HCG in your blood at a particular time to indicate that a pregnancy took place. If you have an abnormal pregnancy that is going to have a negative outcome - the over the counter pregnancy tests could turn up wrong anyway.

When I was pregnant I had no symptoms at all.... Lower back pain is usually experienced later on in pregnancy.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test as this is more accurate than an at home test
